Webtools Bundle cannot be installed #530

Environment

PMS Platform(s) OS: Synology
PMS Version:
Name of Browser: Chrome

Error shown

Symptom: Install of Webtools fails in DSM

Steps to reproduce

go to manual install in DSM, chose "Synology_Inst_WebTools_1.4.spk", start installation

Expected behaviour

Webtools installed

Actual behaviour

Error Message

Additional Info

I have installed the webtoolls on a prior Plex installation on this Synology DS218 (which I have deinstalled in the meantime) successfully,

Included PMS log zip and WebTools log (THIS IS MANDATORY!)
Included screenshots (where appropriate)
Checked that this isn't already an issue

Forgot to mention: I checked the permissions, should be fine....

I managed to install manually, so, no time pressure. But maybe the error can still be looked at....
