Merge templatefunctions from frotnend to admin

There is no need to have two files with same content, merge them into one and use define storeadmin to exclude some functions

This might not be possible, will look further into it in the future

Decided not to merge due to the possibility of showing admin functions in the frontend. Some function will there twice, but that will be okay for now.
