Attaching AES Structural Outrigger on any of the radial nodes disables its other nodes

AES Structural Outrigger once attached to i.e. AES pod looses any other attachment nodes. this is assuming you use one of the 2 radial attachment nodes not the small extruded one

Note that issue is observed in version 0.24.2 on USI All.-in-One pack 6/10 release i believe

By design you always start with the arm - current version will not even attach on the larger node.
