因为默认的 module id 不稳定可能导致 hash 计算错误。

chair-atool 有这个问题，凤蝶打包遇到了 chunk id 变了但 chunk hash 没变而命中了错误的缓存，顺路看过来的。

既然是 webpack 官方的插件，感觉可以加上，避免前端的缓存控制出问题。
