Add an option to WP-AppKit general settings to allow disabling alert on app components and navigation change. Those alerts are useful when you start working with WP-AppKit but can become annoying once you know what you're doing :)

We can now uncheck the "App modification alerts" checkbox in "WP-AppKit > Settings" to deactivate warning alerts.
