Establish an initial description of project scope.

We agreed during the call that the following are out of scope:

  • API and Schemas
  • Data Modelling work as we are re-using existing work rather than creating new standards or subsets of existing.

@nissimsan as we closed #5 in relation to comments I don’t see we have anything left to do on this ticket, if agree we should close, if not let me know and I’ll action anything outstanding ?
