Migration of the training material to the MapX wiki

Main tasks

• transfer the content of the training material to the wiki
• create a custom sidebar with a well-structured table of contents
• create a custom footer (e.g "Anything unclear or inaccurate? Please let us know at info@mapx.org")
• group all the tips & tricks in a dedicated section at the bottom of the different pages
• add a help button in the MapX interface to the tools that could benefit from it
• update the MapX FAQ
• update the MapX Knowledge base
• On Owncloud, clean up and renumber the different files and regenerate the PDFs
