Share manager + SDK + static mode

Share manager in static mode has only one source of id to share from : Views set in current URL.

Using the SDK, views are set by a SDK method and their ID are not reflected in URL.

Options

1. View added using the SDK are copied in the URL (Using the URL as state)
2. The share manager could detect SDK mode and request list of views added afterwards
3. Use mapx method to list views visible, instead of using indirect method
