The metronome needs to be able to accent certain notes in the sequence. This can be accomplished in several ways.

AC

Create a menu option to accent the first note or not (temporary this will be replaced with a sequencer)
With this mode active, when the first note in a bar is played: make it louder and potentially pitch it up slightly if possible.
