Metronome should allow for silent bars

Sometimes when practicing it is useful to have the metronome leave out x number of bars, similar to leaving out beats. This allows the user to develop a more robust internal sense of time. For this, we want to create a feature that plays one bar, remains silent for the remaining number of bars it should be silent.
