When chunks are deleted or modified, how should this be reported?

User Story

As manager i need my progress reports to update correctly even when chucks have been deleted or modified and no longer track properly in the data warehouse.

Research

When chunks are altered, it effects records for correctly reporting progress. To overcome this a method need to be created to detect when a chunk gets deleted.
These missing, modified, or deleted pages then need to be communicated to the admin of the data warehouse.
