Is there an existing enhancement request for this?

Description

Add a chore template on issues since there are alot of small things that arnt full featcurs that need doing.

Additional Information

Can litterly be a copy past of the FEAT issue template just with the name changed :)

Should also add a request documentation issue template as well cuz some documentation will be needing updating or adding (oops i forgot to add documentation about the can interfaces and I am to lazy to do it unless I have to)

Should also add a mechanical issue template so that we can also keep track of the mechanical things in this as well
