Python version 3.9 compatibility

Hi,
I believe sonofflan==0.3.3 needs at least python 3.10.
It's using notation implemented as described in https://peps.python.org/pep-0604/ and fails when running in python 3.9.2.
Can you confirm?

Great! I can also confirm it's working ok with Python 3.11 .3 :)
