Launch has been integrated on QA (https://main--hlx-test--urfuwo.hlx.live/ and www-qa.sap.com). When requesting a page on QA with a fresh browser, the TrustArc Cookie Consent Manager pops up.

Ticket is done. Note that we will change the Consent Manager loading without Launch
