I repeated the pipeline on TCGA I downloaded and transformed counts in log2 and results are really not interpretable by enrichment

after including metastatic samples results went back to normal. Therefore, it will be important to investigate the effect of sample type on our results. (without metastatic I couldn't get immune signal)
