Where should playbook readers who want to learn more about any given play turn to look for further information, examples, or advice?

Good idea! Any suggestions for how we could best implement this? This is similar to #44 and #37, which are also interested in more resources.

Why don't we start with the simplest thing that could possibly work?
Perhaps a link to a single page for references for each section, and each
page gets populated by contributors wikipedia style, with some moderation
from you?
