The first checkbox in Play 1 is "Early in the project, spend time with current and prospective users of the service". However, there's not any guidance on how to find and initiate communication with prospective users.

I think it would be helpful to have some content on how to publicize a project so that potential users and contributors can find out about it in the first place. For example, is there set of common locations to make sure you post the project? Websites? Forums? Mailing lists?

Maybe there should be some kind of API or wiki that facilitates use of, and contribution to, the playbook by folks who don't know how to code?

A few folks have suggested that plays be supported with resources, case studies, or more information about the play and how to implement it (see #44, for example). We think this is a great idea and are considering the best way to implement it. Please do chime in if you have thoughts!
