The more I work through this, the more I think it should live on Federalist.

I'm waiting on 18F to send me an invite. In the meantime, I'll continue to build out the main styles, visualizations, etc.

A flag on this is that you have to deploy the entire website for even small text changes.

This is a challenge if we need updates on content and don't want an eng or two to be permanently assigned to this, which might be overkill for a pretty flat content site.

Now that I've used it a little more, my views on Federalist are... evolving.

It seems pretty clear that using it will cause long-term headaches. Federalist needs more polish before I feel comfortable having us commit to it.
