Annotate Inventory and Apply Measures In Series haven't been updated to support FF10 inventories, only ORL.

Annotate, Apply in Series, and Project Future Year Inventory use out-of-date cost equations implementation.

Based on discussion, we'll remove Annotate Inventory and Apply Measures In Series as options for the Type of Analysis when setting up a control strategy. These types can be removed from the CoST User's Guide as well.

Commit 04b8b7a hides the old strategy types in the Edit Control Strategy window. Commit e1747c5 removes them from the CoST User's Guide. These changes will be part of the v3.3 release.
