Reports features missing in UI - admin #23

You have to enter the url manually to get the following features in the admin end:

-View Reports
-Create Report
-Upload Reports
-Download Reports

There are no direct links to features the on the admin reports page -> http://i.imgur.com/BWrDZxw.png
