When launching the version 1.1 manual (fipy.pdf), downloaded for the webpage, the following problems occur:

linux:

xpdf: doesn't lauch at all, just hangs

acroread: error: "an unrecognised token 13c was found", otherwise okay

windows: error: "an unrecognised token 13c was found" reported by Mick Hughes, otherwise okay

Some figures were stored as text rather than as binary images when we converted from CVS to SVN. Fixed in r2010 and r2013.
