TravisCI, in particular, appears to have [abandoned](https://blog.travis-ci.com/2020-11-02-travis-ci-new-billing) [Open Source](https://docs.travis-ci.com/user/billing-overview/)

Azure provides lots of fast CI resources and supports macOS, linux, and Windows.
AppVeyor and Circle are slower, and TravisCI appears to have abandoned Open Source (the blog posting notwithstanding, the reality is all of NIST's Open Source credits were consumed in about 15 min).
