镜像方式：
上游提供ftp和rsync，已测试ftp可行，向下应该是只需要https

原因：
texlive中使用tlmgr install scheme-full安装完整包很慢，未在科大镜像站中找到历史版本，这样就必须texlive保持最新，对诸如sharelatex等不好更新的软件略不友好，一旦重安必须选择升级（可能引入bug）或者找历史版本源
