概要

CCSDSのSequence Countが常に0になっていることをどうするか決める

詳細

  • 現在，space packetのSequence Countが常に0
  • secondary headerのADU CountとPacket Sequence Flag for each ADUを使っている
  • VCDUもカウンタがある
  • 整理したい．（ADUのほう消して，Sequence Count使いたい？）

変えたほうがいいか，検討したら．

TG_generate_tlm_ は適切に設定されている．

#222 でヘッダを変えたときに整理されたはず
