This will prevent the package from being released. current.asp should also be written into a temporary directory.

I recommend using $ROSHOME/bwi/, or ~/.ros/bwi/ if ROSHOME is not defined. We will need to create that directory, if necessary.

@mleonetti I've made this fix, but we should discuss backporting this change to the actasp repo and releasing actasp as a separate library very soon.
