macOS Ventura Beta - unable to restore .ipsw

Describe the issue
UTM cannot complete the restoration of the IPSW file for the macOS 13 beta.

Closing this prompt leaves the VM in a spinning wheel state. Can't stop the VM from the main window, have to exit UTM to restart the VM. Restarting it brings up a black window of nothing.

Application gives off this error in the Console logs - AMRestorePerformRestoreModeRestoreWithError failed with error: 10

I am going to suspect there is something that is stopping 12.4 from recognising that 13.0 beta is a valid restoration file, but will post the issue in case UTM can put in an override somewhere

• UTM Version: 3.2.4 and 3.2.2
• OS Version: 12.4
• Intel or Apple Silicon: Apple Silicon (M1 Max MBP 16")
