• Creation Date (time when pressed submit)
• Team (by default, member’s assigned team, but
  can be changed to other teams
• Car year (current year)
• Creator name & email (prefilled with current
  user’s name and email)

• REC5 Buttons to save & close (incomplete), discard and
  publish. GM MVP
