Missing lang on <html> on home page #120

The uw-2014 theme has lang="en" on the <html> tag, as of a pull request in January 2017. However, that fix isn't reflected on the UW home page.

I just pushed a new version of the homepage child theme that includes the language attribute. It may take some time for the page to regenerate.
