Steps to reproduce

Open design with unresolved imports.

Actual behavior

There is no warning bubble about unresolved imports (IDEA error log is also empty).

Expected behavior

Warning bubble and IDEA error log record should appear.

IDE, Designer and OS version

Windows 10, latest Designer, IntelliJ IDEA 2019.2

Additional information

It happens only in production IntelliJ IDEA. I wasn't able to reproduce this from the development environment. Related issue: #2106.
