Custom Themes are not applied in DSP #5

If you create a custom theme in a separate module and import it according to the documentation, it is not applied to the component library.

clone https://github.com/SebastianKuehnau/dsp-demo
build seb-demo-app first (it creates a seb-component-snapshot in your local maven repo)
build an run the dsp according to the documentation
take a look on http://localhost:8000/components/sebtextfield in lumo theme ;(

The issue seems to be in the example app theme path:

.../META-INF/resources/frontend/themes/seb-theme should be .../META-INF/resources/themes/seb-theme
