We had this before, powered by sendgrid, but it was pretty clunk. We could make a new component and hit the sendgrid api with it, or proxy it with Val Town.

Alternatively, or in addition there could be a "subscribe with val town" button that links you to fork a val that emails whenever we publish a new post by polling our rss feed
