Prefix prop documentation for mixins #124

When using mixins, the JSDoc is also shown in Styleguidist. This can be a bit confusing, because it is not clear where the prop is comming from. This could be improved by adding a prefix to the comments.

e.g. "form-states mixin Adds hover to state."

@patric-eberle should we close this one, as mixins will not be used anymore in the future?
