Allow the plugin to be used on other extensions than .html.

Hi, I've just tried this plugin, and it doesn't work on my templates. The filename extension is .jinja.
It might help a lot of people if you could add support for more file extensions. Maybe it's because I'm in a flask project and not a Django one, but it's pretty much the same templates.
