When using a multi-screen monitor, the start menu on the secondary screen is displayed in the wrong position when the Windows key is pressed.
Clicking the windows icon on the secondary screen can display the position correctly.

You are running an insider preview build: https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2023/11/16/announcing-windows-11-insider-preview-build-22635-2771-beta-channel/

EP is not guaranteed to run on that. And unless you are a software developer, you shouldn't be running that.

EP 不保证在此上运行。除非你是软件开发人员,否则你不应该运行它。

I am also experiencing this problem, though it only occurs when I have the Start menu position set to "Center" opposed to "At screen edge". On my primary display it opens fine, but on my secondary display it opens from the top of the screen and clips into the other. When I switch the position to "At screen edge", the problem doesn't occur and the Start menu opens correctly on the second display.

If this is happening for you, but under different circumstances, please create a new issue.
