Remeber SidePanelWidth and SidePanelCollapsed per view type #78

  • sidePanelWidth can be saved per view (tree/radial/grid/bookmarks/recent/search. Optionally. combine grid/bookmarks/recent/search widths)
  • sidePanelCollapsed can be joined with sidePanelWidth and persisted

All initially default to 50%, but are persisted individually after the user changes one of them.
sidePanelCollapsed is separate from sidePanelWidth because when the side panel is expanded, it needs to go back to the previous width. These two values can be combined into a single number by storing a collapsed side panel as a negative number.
