Create a build process for the the core vanilla javascript.

Requirements

Babel support for: React, preset-env, FlowType, object-rest-spread
Multiple entrypoints
Separation between admin and frontend bundles
Addons to build on top of other addons without screwing things up.
Multiple bundles. core.js && core-admin.js.
