The first release of framecoder after our extensive rewrite!

To install:
- Download
framecoder.zip - Extract it to a nice location, for example the "Program Files/framecoder" folder
- Optionally create a shortcut to the
framecoder.exeexecutable - Start the app!
NB: This application comes without an installer and without certification, so Windows might complain a little when you first start framecoder.exe. This is normal and can be safely ignored if the SHA-256 hash matches the below:
