followup_questions does not work if i dont set ask_results_correct=True #325

Describe the bug
when i set ask results to False, follow up questions does not work

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
set followup_questions=True
ask_results_correct=False

Expected behavior
folow up questions should work even when ask_results_correct=False
