I was testing toot with sleep in a (shell) infinite while loop to simulate an alarm. I killed the loop with ctrl+c but the sound just kept playing forever. I haven't tested the library version, but I assume it would have the same issue.

To reproduce
./toot -l 5000 and ctrl+c quickly

Environment
64 bit Linux
pulseaudio (pkill pulseaudio stops the sound)

I've just implemented a correction for this issue in version 1.0.6
