File already exists, No need to download it

This is my first time using CMPDL and i got this issue

This file already exists. No need to download it

The file DOESNT exist. but CMPDL thinks it does... What can i do to solve this?
I'm on Debian 9

This also happened with all other mods. Only 4 files were actually downloaded

Try using MultiMC instead!
Download the zip from curseforge, and then "move it" to the MultiMC window.
