1.8V device adapter support

According to @elosha in #101, there is/was a 1.8V device adapter available for the TL866 A and CS variants. While this adapter was supported in the official Windows software, it's not clear to me if it anything was done about it in this minipro software here. I'd like to track down one of these things, document it, and see about implementing support.
