docstrings with leading whitespace not output for help() #5

This will output a terse help entry:

@Bot.command
def foo():
    """Usage: foo
    """
    ...

But this won't:

@Bot.command
def foo():
    """
    Usage: foo
    """
    ...

The latter should also be supported.
