Creating a new project from a Github organization

Question

I'm trying to create a new project with a repo from an existing organization; I already have a team and even projects from that same organization in my Vercel team, however I'm asked to add a credit card and create another organization to interact with the organization I'm already interacting with. I found #6733 but it's not answered, why could we add an organization project into an organization previously but now we can't ? has something changed ? should I move to the paid version in order to continue adding organization projects ?
