If on bash:
chsh -s /bin/zsh && exit
If on zsh:
chsh -s /bin/bash && exit

When you reopen Hyperterm.app the shell will have not changed. This is not the default behaviour of Terminal.app or iTerm.app.

It's nasty. But I guess we all aren't switching shells daily.
Hope it get fixed anyways.

@xhhqzxg24 I am aware that logging out after changing the shell has the intended effect. As noted, this is not the default behavior of every other terminal app nor would anyone expect to need to undertake this behavior in order to accomplish a shell change.
