turborepo deploying to vercel

I've started a turborepo monorepo with 1 app and a couple of packages. I have not publish any of those packages to npm or any other package registry.

I've open vercel and linked my github repo (with the turborepo) and it magically build and I can see that URL.
However any subsequente push to the repo, it trigger a redeploy but it fails saying the package XXX could not be found. I'm assuming this is because vercel is trying to get that package from npm.

How do I force vercel to "link" the packages instead of trying to look at a npm?

@andrevenancio Is this package installed as a devDependency? I had this problem in production environment...
The solution was to install with production flag as false:
yarn install --prod=false
