I'm having the same issue. ETH transactions don't happen. When interacting with the contract, my affiliateBalances are 0.

Is there a delay in adding the affiliateBalances to the affiliate ETH addresses?

@gudnimar1 - You have to make sure your contract address is set up and used correctly. You can read about the contract address in the explanation from the CaseManager Api, from the link @ansien12 commented.
