changes between viash 0.8 and viash 0.9:

  1. functionality has been removed
  2. platforms has been split into engines and runners
  3. all classes which had 'name' and 'description' now also have 'label' and 'summary'. a config also has 'license', 'keywords', 'references'
  4. project config received a lot more metadata: 'authors', 'description', 'name', 'summary', ...
