Implement new exploded JAR hashing mechanism, including handling of superset/subset JARs. Provide sample data for testing, possibly using the CVE-2010-1622 example.

This has pretty much been wrapped up in the victims-hash module. (github.com/victims/victims-hash). This still will need to be integrated with the victims-web component though.
