Tracking the changes that need to be made to make the CDN version work, and to finish migrating the CDN to its own repo.

URL references to the swf at /swf/
URL references to the font at /font/
Add a CDN_VERSION key to track the specific CDN version (e.g. /5.x.x/ vs /5.x/)
Add the analytics and an option to skip
