- Develop and maintain the Web Application that allows users to create and configure a Bot with data from Zendesk and other Customer Support platforms.
- Increase code coverage assurance up to 80% by adding more Integration & Unit tests.
- Lead a small team to implement projects and features.
- Mentor and support new team members to get familiar with teams and products.
- Work closely with other teams to propose and develop great UI/UX features.
- Implement an internal tool to help team to label and manage data.

- Implemented the new UI and configuration for Stripe Integration, which helps users set up bots and support their business to sell more conveniently. The usage in BotStar has grown to more than 40%.
